Short, and in plain words, because terms nobody reads protect nobody.
What gifted is
gifted is a website for creating coins on pump.fun whose creator-fee split pays a Twitch or Kick channel. We are not a broker, an exchange, or a custodian of your wallet. Every launch is signed in your own wallet and executed by pump.fun's programs on Solana.
No advice, no promises
Nothing on this site is financial advice. A coin paying a large share to a streamer says nothing about whether it will hold value. Memecoins routinely go to zero and you should assume any amount you put in can be lost entirely.
What you are responsible for
That you are allowed to do this where you live, that you own the wallet you sign with, and that the coin you create does not impersonate a person or brand in a way that breaks the law. You are responsible for what you name a coin and what image you attach to it.
Coins are not endorsements
Anyone can launch a coin for any channel. A coin appearing here does not mean the streamer knows about it, approves of it, or is involved in it. Streamers may ask us to remove a coin from this site at any time and we will.
What we can change
We may delist a coin, change the site, or stop operating it. The coin and its locked fee split live on pump.fun and are unaffected by anything we do here.
Payouts
Where a payout rail exists, a streamer's vault balance is used to buy and deliver gifts to that same streamer, and the vault reimburses the treasury only for gifts the platform confirmed as delivered. Quotes expire, prices move, and a payout that cannot be delivered is cancelled rather than forced through.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from trading, from chain conditions, from a platform's API, or from a coin someone else created.
